「ニューレトロイタリアン」をコンセプトに、
新しさと懐かしさが混ざり合う#マーブル なイタリアンレストラン。
新年会をかねて仲良し女子と行ってきました。
ドライフラワーが天井からぶら下がりおしゃれ～
ナチュラルワインや様々な古酒、”大人のカクテル”など
気になるドリンクがたくさん。
カトラリーはテーブルの引き出しにはいっています。
◆選べるディップとトルティーヤチップス 500円
（ワカモレ、クリームチーズ、チリコンカン、たらのペースト）
ワカモレとチリコンカンをチョイス。
手作り感が感じれるソースでどちらも美味。
◆ヤリイカとカラスミ、ブロッコリーのアーリオオーリオ 1800円
ブロッコリーたっぷり。ワインがすすみます。
◆タリアテッレ 和牛ラグー 2200円
甘めのラグー。肉感もあっておいしい。タリアテッレは柔らかめ。
◆豚バラ肉 香草焼き 2800円
香ばしさと豚バラの脂があいまって絶品。
どのメニューも1皿を予め2つに分けて運んでくれて
ボリュームもあり、サービス満点。
アラカルトで好きなスタイルで食べてください～と最初に声をかけてくださって
居心地もよく。
スペインやメキシカンなど新しいアプローチの現代のイタリアンと
伝統イタリアンと両方が楽しめる料理の数々。
また立ち寄りたいお店のひとつとなりました。
