2023年10月の昼です.
東急線の乗り換えの際に途中下車して昼ごはんです. 駅前のメルサの中に入っているこちらの洋食屋にしました. 確か武蔵小杉と荻窪で同名のお店を見たことがあります.
同じフロアにはパスタ屋もありますが、ランチ時にはどちらも店の前に空席待ちの列ができていました. タイミングよく並ばずに入店できました.
店内真ん中にキッチンがあって中の様子がよく見えます. 肉とか焼いてるのかフライパンから炎が上がるのまで見えるくらい.
◇和牛入りビーフハンバーグ デミグラスソースと目玉焼き
ハンバーグに目玉焼きの文字に惹かれて注文したこのメニュー、和牛入りですからそうじゃない牛も混ざってるってことでしょう.
厨房でお肉をパタパタ成形しているのが見えました. 混雑時とはいえ注文を受けてから形作るのはいいですね.
ハンバーグは中までしっかり火が通っています. ナイフを入れると適度に肉汁が出てきてきます. 目玉焼きのトロトロ黄身と合わせると結構美味しい. デミグラスソースは濃厚ですけど好みよりちょい塩味強め. ご飯とセットで食べたい味です. 野菜は業務用なのかな？という感じでした.
チェーン店ですけど味はまあまあ美味しかった. 昼飲みしている人をちょいちょい見かけたのは昼から呑める人が集まる場所柄って事でいいのかな.
