最寄り駅は自由が丘。徒歩ゼロ分です。猥雑な飲み屋街に、なぜか銀座天一があります。
１Fはコースですが、２Fならお決まりがいただけます。
いただきましたのは
天丼 2970円 税込みです。
圧倒的な品質の天一さんですが、たまたま韓国人に出した水がハイター入で
トラブってましたね。そんなものとは無縁の自由が丘。静かなんです。
従業員もおだやかです。
天丼はかざらないメニューですが、さすがは天一の揚げ方なんですよ。
衣のサクサク感、食材のうまみの引き出しかた、本当にすばらしいのです。
写真みてくだされば良いのですが、ししとう、かぼちゃ、キス、えび2本にしいたけ、かき揚げ
と豪華です。たれが甘くもなく、辛くもなく、上品な仕上がりです。
赤だしもスキがありません。
漬物もよく吟味されていて、スキがありません。
すべておいしいです。
自由が丘の北口は再開発されますので、いづれ、天一も一時的にせよ、移転せざるを
えなくなりますね。食べログはじめる前から来てました。
