夜の営業時間が18時からなので、18時に予約。
駅からは結構離れている住宅街にお店はあります。
外観は結構年季が入っています。
時間調度に開店しました。
店内は外観と比べると綺麗ですね。
ダクト換気は無く、壁際の換気扇スタイルでたまに煙いですが、
それほど脂っぽい肉が少ないのか、煙モーモーという訳でもありませんでした。
18時の予約は3件で、注文は順番に聞くとの事で席に座って順番待ち。

基本皆、厚みのある形で提供されます。
焼き上がってからハサミでチョキチョキと。
特タンが食感よく肉味がしてこの日の一番でした。
ハラミは少し小振りでしたね。
