やっと訪問！
月曜日の夜、先客はゼロ。
欲張ってケサディヤとパンケーキをオーダーしようとするが、マダムに止められる。
シンプルなパンケーキをいただいたところ、ビックリするほどしっとり、でもべちゃっとしておらずフワフワ。生地に何は少しクセがあって、何かわからないけどフレーバーでしょうか。このクセがなければ良いのですが…。
ケサディヤを食べてみたいのでまた伺います。
