こちらのお店をネットで知り、メニューを見ると生しらすの唐辛子漬けが
ずっと食べてみたかったんですが、なかなか扱ってる店がないんですよ。
これは行かねばと予約を入れさせて頂きました。
入店するとまずはアルコール消毒に検温、席も間隔を空けてとコロナ対策はしっかりされてるし、マスクケースなんて嬉しい気遣いですよね✨
メニューを見て生しらすの唐辛子漬けがあるのを確認し、ふと見ると食材の名前がずらっと記されたメニューがあり、旬の食材を使ったオススメメニューといった感じなんですが、そのラインナップが半端ない
それをサービスの方が一つ一つ丁寧に説明してくれるんですが、正直覚えきれないくらいです。
でも旬の食材を楽しんで欲しいという心意気やこだわりが感じられて、素敵なお店だなと思いました
ボトルワインを頼んでも高い金額でお願いしたわけではないのに何種類も持ってきてくれて一本一本丁寧に説明してくれたり
生しらすの唐辛子漬け、鰆の藁焼きカルパッチョ、竹の子の蕗の薹バーニャカウダ、生しらすの唐辛子漬けを使ったパスタ、アーティチョーク、モツの白ワイン煮込みと青唐辛子（写メ撮り忘れ）。
念願の生しらすの唐辛子漬け、発酵期間の違う2種類を出して頂きましたが感動ものです。
イタリアの食、旬、香りを感じさせてくれるお料理は本当にどれも美味しいです。
接客の方も丁寧で優しく、かと言ってかしこまるわけではなく、美味しい料理と心地良い空間で時間が過ぎていきます。
個人的にはこういう素敵なお店なら是非また伺いたいなと。むしろもっと早く知っておきたかったなと思うくらいのお店でした。
コスパは私の場合は一人でかなり品数も食べるし、ボトルワインを飲んだりしてるので、実際は二人分くらいの金額かと思います。満足度はかなり高いです。
