自由が丘エリアで人気の薬膳鍋専門店。
唐突に辛い鍋食いたいねとなり、500年ぶりに赤からでも行っちゃう！？となったのですが行こうと思っていた店舗が閉店しているという悲劇に遭い、もう火鍋の舌になっちゃってるのですがる思いで当店に電話したところ運良く空きをゲットしました。
コースがお得のようですがお腹はあんまり空いていなかったのでアラカルトでお願いします。
酔っ払い天使の海老はぶりんとしっかりした個体で臭みも少なく、なかなか良い。
よだれ鶏は当店オリジナルの薬膳感強めの調味であり、悪くはないのですがやっぱり普通のよだれ鶏の方が私は好みでした。
そして漸く薬膳鍋の登場。
火鍋スープと十八和漢健彩スープの2種をチョイス。
様々なキノコがどっさりと綺麗に盛られており、これはなかなかテンションの上がるビジュアル。
どちらのスープも当然美味しいですが自由が丘らしく上品な雰囲気を漂わせており、あ〜身体に良いモン食ってるわ〜って感じ。
丁寧に丁寧に作られてますね。
意外とスイスイ食べれてしまったので、つくねや米平麺も頂きました。
火鍋に入れて食べる米平麺がかなりウマイ。
食後の罪悪感もほとんど無いし、たまに薬膳鍋を食べるのはアリですね。
