薬膳は様々な定義があるようだが、ざっくり言えば
『身体に良い物を食べて健康になろうぜ❗️』
…という感じだろう。
背脂たっぷりの背徳ラーメンや添加物、化学調味料まみれの食生活をしている諸兄姉には実に耳が痛い話である。
本日レビューする【ZEN ROOM】は店名からして薬膳感全開の人気店である。

男は俺のみだ。
まあ別にカレーを食べて帰るだけなので何の問題もない。
オーダーは【十八和漢カレー 1210円】。
15種類のスーパーフードを含む雑穀からなる雑穀米、
小麦粉不使用の薬膳カレー。
ラーメンにパンと小麦粉塗れの食生活をおくっている俺が今更グルテンフリーもないだろう…と思いながらも食べ進める。
優しい味わいで美味しく頂いた。
ビジュアルも美しく付け合わせも身体に優しそうだ。
まさに薬膳で整う…といった感じである。
