あっさりした物が食べたくて見つけたお店、ZEN ROOMさんにお邪魔してきました。
休日ランチだったので少し待ちましたが入店。薬膳料理を扱われているということもあり、私がお邪魔したタイミングは女性客しかいませんでした。男性のみは少し入りにくいかも？です。
いくつかランチメニューがありましたが健彩麺セットを注文。健彩麺、塩麹ナムル、果実酒のセットです。なんと総計カロリーたったの280kcalのようです。
健彩麺はスープ、麺、具材で各好みのものを選べます。私は疲れが溜まっていたので、、疲労回復スープ、米麺(平麺)、疲労回復の具材を選択しました。野菜食べたかったので具材増も追加。
こんな選択型の注文は初めてです。その時の気分、興味や薬膳の期待効果でカスタマイズできる、面白い注文形態です。
ますば果実酢と塩麹ナムルが到着。果実酢は強制的に唾液が分泌され、疲れており食欲もいまいちでしたが食欲が湧きました。お酢は体にも良いですし、食前酒ならぬ食前酢、良いかもしれません。
塩麹ナムルはシャキシャキといくらでも食べれます。ちなみにおかわり自由です。
主役、健彩麺が到着。スープは鶏、複数の漢方食材から引かれてあるそうで旨みがあり、塩味も丁度良くいくらでも飲めます。
そのスープに鍋の要領で入れられている具材。一番目立つのは乾燥ナツメ、その他かぼちゃ、キャベツ、ホタテ、、、、多いので省略。
どの食材も食感が良くスープで引き立てられる個々の味を楽しめました。特にキノコ類が私は好きです。この類の料理に入れられたキノコ類は食感、歯触り、スープとの相性が際立ちクセになる美味しさで、最強食材だとつくづく思います。
米麺はメニューで謳われている通りフォーの様です。ツルッとしており、スープとよく合います。
この美味しさで健康にも良い、女性に人気の理由がわかりました。
