週替り定食から麻婆豆腐 800円を選びました。
台湾料理のお店と評している方がいましたが、そうかもしれません。日本人が作った麻婆豆腐とは明らかに味が異なります。
激辛ではないけど、結構辛くて汗が吹き出ました。花山椒が入ったタイプではないので辣油の辛さかな。挽肉と絹ごしの豆腐が沢山入ってボリュームがありました。
ご飯、玉子スープ、搾菜、杏仁豆腐が付きます。
コスパいいです。他のお客さんの料理を眺めても一様に量が多かったです。客層は広いです。続々と来てほぼ満席でした。
