肉自慢の自家製ハンバーグ 980円、ドリンク＋プチデザート(無料→店前チラシ持参で12月31日まで)
キャンプファイヤーアンドグリル、、
薪を使っている特徴はあるけど肉バルって感じのお店ですかね(^^)
メニュー的にも！
新しいお店できたな～看板立ってんな～気になるな～とはず～っと思っていたけど近所のお店の発掘は後回しになってしまいがちな自分ww
気になっていて尚且つど近所なのにオープンしてもう1年以上経ってしまってるという奇跡(笑)
この度初訪問になります。
個人的に肉バル的なお店の肉は好みではない↘↘
肉が硬い、柔らかくても旨味がいまいちなどなど…
木の皿に乗った肉っていかにも硬そうに見えませんか！？
牛肉に関して言えば外国の肉は苦手で、、
やはり和牛に限りますなm(__)m
豚肉や鶏肉に比べて牛肉は鉄板焼き、ステーキ、焼肉などなど素材を味わう調理がメインなので特に牛肉はケチると全く持っていいことないですよね(^_^;)
でもでもハンバーグは別！！
肉バル的お店には自分好みの肉肉しいハンバーグが隠れていることがしばしば↗↗
そんなわけで今回こちらに訪問って感じです★
13時頃訪問。テーブル席はほぼ女子で満席。もっと広いお店かと予想していましたが意外とコンパクトなお店でした。でもオシャレで綺麗なので居心地はgoodですね。
ちなみに禁煙店ですがPloomTECHは可です。プルテク持ちの自分としてはありがたい限りです♪
10分程で着皿。
ハンバーグランチはメインとライスorパンが付いて980円。スープくらいは付いててほしいところですかねぇ。。
ハンバーグの中はややレア気味なのですが、、
柔らかいかと思いきやけっこう肉肉しくムギュ感もあって自分好みです！そして旨旨です♪♪
期待もありましたがカッコだけのおしゃれハンバーグの可能性もあるかなって思ってたので、、
良いほうのハンバーグでよかったですww
ソースはトマトベースで主張は強くないですが肉自体の旨味を噛み締めるにはこれくらいで充分だと思いました。下に敷いてあるマッシュポテトはフワッフワでなかなかいいアクセントですね★
プチデザートはチラシ持参で"無料"なこともあってか写真的にはかなり寂しい感じですがw、、
スプーンに一口分乗ったチーズクリーム…
おそらくメニュー表の名前から予想するにメープル
レアチーズムース。
とにかくこれが濃厚でめちゃ旨～♪♪
今回のはおまけみたいな量だと思うので次回は普通に注文してもっと食べたいですね！！
ハンバーグに関してはトッピングでソースやベーコンなどを追加すると更に美味しくなりそうな感じなので次回はそれですな(^^)
