友人と2人でランチ。
少食なので、ちょこちょこ食べながら飲むスタイルで訪問しました。
【総評】
美味しい、けど高い。コスパは良くないけど、自由が丘のマダム達ならいくらでも払えるし、美味しいんだからいいんじゃない？って感じ。グラスワインはどれも美味しいし、値段も相応で良い。
少食で他のメインをたべられなかったから、お腹減ってる時にもう一回くらいは行かないとなんとも言えないかも。
【メニューと感想】
・梨とモッツァレラのカプレーゼ1400円くらい
→正直高すぎる。梨が良いの使ってるのかわからないが、800円から900円くらいでもいいと感じた。
・ぶりのカルパッチョ1500円くらい
→美味しい。ぶりは臭みもなく柔らかい。ただ普通。
・サルティンボッカ2000円くらい？
→美味しい。豚の旨みと生ハムと塩気とバターの風味がいい感じにマッチして美味しかった。が、脂が苦手なので最後ちょっときつい。(だったら豚頼むなって感じです。)
・ドリンクはスパークリング、シャルドネ、ソーヴィニオンブラン、食後にリモンチェッロ
どれも美味しかった。途中私が頼んだシャルドネと、友人が頼んだワイン(品種忘れちゃった)が、逆に提供された気がする、、、。ま、どっちも美味しいので交換して飲みました。
リモンチェッロはレモンの味がしっかり感じれて美味しい。アルコールは若干強め。フィレンツェのレストラン(ヴェッキオキャッセーロっていうめちゃくちゃ美味しいトラットリア)のサービスで出てきた自家製リモンチェッロと近しいものを感じた。つまり美味しい。
【個人的要望】
味付けが美味しいと感じたので、他ではあんまり食べられないイタリアンメニューがもっとあったらリピートしたいと思った。
色んな具がのったブルスケッタとか、お肉のカルパッチョとか、ジェノベーゼパスタとか(完全に個人の趣向です。)
正直イタリアンて東京に腐るほどあって、食べ飽きてきた、、、。味も大差ないし、ぶっちゃけ家でも作れるレベルのメニューしか出してない店もいっぱいある。
なので料理バカというくらいのゴンゾさんなら本場のフィレンツェから色んなイタリアンメニューを輸入してきて欲しいとおもった。
あとサルティンボッカは豚肉を白魚にしたアレンジ版が脂が苦手目のひとでも美味しく食べれるでメニューにいれて欲しいです。
