◉味(抹茶の濃さ、甘さなど
抹茶の香り・苦みをちゃんと感じる。
モンブランはやや暗い濃い緑色
アイスは薄い黄緑色。
ブリュレは黄色寄りの鮮やかな黄緑色。
ムッフルは表面が茶色で内側は暗めの黄緑色。
チョコはモンブランと同じ濃い緑色。
モンブランとチョコは抹茶の香りと苦みをしっかり感じられる。
アイスは香りがやや強め。でもわざとらしくない。
ムッフルはパンの香ばしさが感じられる。
抹茶が練り込まれているのでほんのり抹茶の香りもする。
ワンドリンク制でオーダーした抹茶カプチーノも抹茶の香りがしっかりして美味しい。
抹茶ラテに比べて甘さ控えめなため抹茶感が強い。

ムッフルは外側がカリカリでフォークとナイフで切り分けるのが大変だった。
モンブランは錦糸のように細いので軽やかで柔らかな食感。
