テレビで串鍋の事を見て食べに行きました。
『やきとり家すみれ』の人気串を大胆にトマトとチーズで作ったイタリアンなお鍋に入れた一品。
鍋の具材が串になっているので、これならお箸でのとりわけも必要なく、味も見た目も安心で楽しい！新感覚なお鍋です。
まずは、火にかけて中火でグツグツしてくるまで待つ。強火ではなく中火がポイント！グツグツして来たら、弱火にして、鍋の中の串をトマト出汁に浸して火を入れる。弱火で10分煮込みます。汁がこぼれない様に残りの串も入れ、お肉に火が通ったらチーズを入れて出来上がり。
大山どり、ベーコン、トマト肉巻、もちもちベーコン、ブロッコリー、ナス、ほうれん草、キャベツ等、バラエティー豊かなヘルシー素材がたっぷり。徐々にチーズが溶け出す濃厚トマトチーズスープをディップしていただく、チーズフォンデュ感覚のお鍋。煮詰める毎にスープが濃厚になりますので初めはさっぱり、後半はチーズたっぷり濃厚鍋に変化します。
野菜や大山どりの旨味が溶け出し濃厚鍋に変化したスープの〆には「リゾット風トマト雑炊298円」がオススメ。
スープが少なかったら継ぎ足してもらえます。スープ少なめリゾット風？多めで雑炊風？お好みでトライ！スープを弱火で温めて、グツグツして来たらご飯を入れてかき混ぜて出来上がり！
個食スタイルでいただく「串鍋」は、コロナ禍の中安心して食べられるので、嬉しいです。
