I visited "Yakitori-ya Sumire" which is located about 3 minutes walk from Jiyugaoka Station. Actually, I really wanted to fall in love with "Possum Cheese Kay-chan" that I found on SNS! I didn't know this, but this was a restaurant specializing in Oyamadori Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers). I thought ``Possum Cheese Kei-chan'' was also Korean Cuisine similar to Dakgalbi, but it turned out to be an arrangement of ``Kei-chan Yaki'', Local Cuisine from Gifu Prefecture. It's an original, guilt-free style of ``Kei-chan grilled'' with cheese fondue and wrapped in vegetables, and you can choose from miso, salt, or Cajun flavors. Without hesitation, I ordered the Cajun with triple the cheese! The overflowing cheese is delicious even when dipping vegetables or Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers)! If you change the taste with table seasonings, you can eat it endlessly! There are plenty of wrapped vegetables that make it look like a sandwich. In addition, the snacks other than Gyoza / Dumpling, such as boiled Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) were delicious and very satisfying. Lay your own eggs for dessert? ! Kokko-chan's violet pudding. A must-see video for both pudding lovers and non-pudding lovers! It was my first time visiting "Yakitori-ya Sumire", and it was a fun shop with good value for money! Let's come again.
