Today I had a very free and delicious lunch. First up is Amuse. It has bacon and truffles inside. It was a very delicious amuse bouche. It also contains Yashio trout and salmon roe. It was a very delicious tart. Next, there is fennel foam on top of the sea and consommé jelly. Next is the appetizer. Green asparagus and ink squid. Herbs and flowers are scattered around. The asparagus was wrapped in ink squid and it was absolutely delicious. The caviar was very tasty and added flavor. It was the best. Next is red sea bream. That's the main thing. It was accompanied by rape blossoms and delicious firefly squid. It's the best. The fried butterbur sprouts were also extremely delicious. The rape blossom fish and shellfish sauce was very delicious. It was the best. The second main dish is Kinka pork from Yamagata Prefecture. This was truly juicy. It had a great depth of flavor. It was delicious and well browned. And the meat part is super juicy. Additionally, Brussels sprouts herald the arrival of spring. Bamboo shoots and eggplant, and on top of the eggplant are finely cooked pork feet. The sauce was made from pork fat and flavored with truffles and was very delicious. It was the best. And the dessert is orange, tangerine, and orange espuma. This was the best. It has a refreshing sweetness and is pleasant. It was very delicious. It was the best. And a strawberry dessert.
