魅力あふれる素材本来の良さを引き出すために少量ずつ丁寧に作るクラフトアイスクリーム
自由が丘の閑静な住宅街に通じる緑道沿いに佇むガラス張りの小さな工房 「Atelier」は、スクープショップを併設しており、普段見ることができない職人がアイスクリームを作る工程を、眺めながら、食べながら、楽しんでいただけます |
日曜日の17時ごろ訪問。並んでいたものの、閉店近くだったからかそこまで混んでいなくてよかった。
外観を生かして店内もグレーを貴重にしたシンプルでおしゃれなお店。ガラス張りで中の様子が見えて、ついつい入りたくなってしまう。
お高いのかと思いきや、ダブルで600円におさまる。某アイスクリームチェーン店より断然こっちです。持っているだけでもおしゃれ。
・茉莉花茶
ジャスミンティーそのものとも印象が違う。すっきりとした味わい。粒々が入っていたものの舌触りは悪くない。
・塩キャラメル
王道。大きな特徴はないが、大人っぽい味。
果物フレーバーも爽やかで良さそう。色も綺麗だった。
