週末の17時前の訪問です。
店内は満席！店頭で立ち飲みはできるのですが、中でゆっくりやりたかったので待つことにしました。
20分ほど待って入店！店内はかなり狭いです。
カウンター席に着きホッピー白セットで乾杯です。
お通しに生キャベツが付きます。
メニューは鶏の素揚げがウリのようで、素揚げ各種から焼鳥各種！ちょっとした一品料理もあります。
とりあえず上レバーと正肉を焼いてもらいます。
レバーは大振りでふっくらと焼かれ、甘味があり
最高です！
正肉は脂がのってジューシー！タレも美味しいです。
鶏わさを追加。甘みと酸味のある醤油のつけダレに浸っていてワサビでいただきます。
鮮度の良さが伝わるささみです。
写メを撮り忘れましたが心のこりを追加。
はつもとで脂が凄くのっていました。
さすが鶏専門店！美味しかったです。
次は素揚げをいただきたいと思います。
