2020年のコロナ禍にオープンした焼肉トラジ 自由が丘店。
トラジは玉川高島屋の新南館にあります。
そちらのお店はロケーションが良く開放感があり、土日はずっと混雑している人気店です。
自由が丘店は待望でしたが、やはり土日は混雑しています。
自由が丘は焼肉の激戦区。
漢江、京城園、腰塚、まんぷく、Shin天楽などなど。
その中でトラジブランドはやはり強いですね。
店舗は階段上がって2階。
店頭はキッチンがあり忙しそうにしています。
店内へ入るとスタイリッシュなテーブル席がずらっとならんでいます。
今回は奥にある個室を利用させていただきました。
個室は座席になっており小さなお子さんがいらっしゃるご家庭や接待などで利用するのに良さそうですね。
今回は牛タンから上ロース、上ハラミ、極みユッケ（低温調理）、レバー、ミノ、ヒレロースなどいただきました。
また本日の厳選焼肉もあり、自由が丘店のみのメニューがありトラジ本店のような感じ。
どれもクオリティは安定、サービスも丁寧、使い勝手が良いお店です。
1つの部位でも食べ方の提案が色々合って良いですよね。
厚切りや焼きすきメニューがあったり、どでかいダイヤモンドカットがあったりと。
一番美味しいと思う食べ方は、上カルビをサッと焼いて、タレにつけて、ねぎ飯の上に韓国のりと一緒に置いて巻いて食べるスタイル！
これがたまらないですね。
肉の旨味や脂の甘みと韓国のりの香りとごま油、ネギのアクセントがとても良いんです。
