Enjoying the bounty of the mountains and sea = the joy of living
The food I got from this takeaway was so delicious that I looked for Mexico on the globe. People from the peninsula are said to be good at singing and cooking. Koreans, Italians, and even us Japanese are peninsula people. There are probably many Meat Dishes with delicious meat and fish restaurants in Jiyugaoka, but this restaurant is perfect no matter what you order. This time I ordered Mediterranean salad, porcini cream omelette, nachos, jalapeno fritos, spare ribs, and sal roja enchiladas, and all the dishes were served in large containers and were all very delicious. This is a wonderful restaurant where the chef, who discovered the method of Mexican Cuisine makes good use of the ingredients and serves them at reasonable prices that you wouldn't expect from Restaurants located in a prime location in Jiyugaoka. It's a COVID-19 pandemic with no end in sight, but I hope this restaurant will do its best, so I'm posting to support it.
I was so touched by the thoughtfulness! It felt like I was at a finca (farm)! Hospitality
I've wanted to try this restaurant ever since I saw a customer who looked like he was eating alone leaving with a satisfied look on his face. Contrary to my expectations that it would be a fancy Mexican restaurant because of its location in Jiyugaoka, it was a very hospitable restaurant. I ordered Mexican salad, porcini cream omelette, jalapeno fritos, enchilada verde sauce, beef sirloin asado tacos from the day's taco, and spare ribs for takeaway. When I went to pick up the food, the wife who seemed to be running the restaurant carefully packed each case so that the food would not tilt into the thermal bag she had brought with her, and even included a note on how to warm up the tacos to make them taste better. Many of the customers in the restaurant had red faces, and it was a comfortable atmosphere so I stayed for a long time and ended up drinking too much tequila. As for the taste of the food, the first thing I was happy about was that all the dishes were very filling. There are very few restaurants in good locations, so I am often disappointed, but such worries were unfounded. The porcini cream omelette was the most delicious of all. It's difficult to enjoy delicious egg dishes as takeaway, but I could see that the restaurant was trying to adjust the heat. The only disappointment was the spare ribs. The sauce on them was excellent, but they were almost undercooked inside. It must be a difficult challenge for restaurants to serve takeaway dishes at the right heat, which are normally made in front of customers. Of course, I hope that the state of emergency will be lifted soon, but I have high hopes that the restaurant will come up with some ideas in the future.

It seems that this COVID-19 pandemic will never end, but Finca de la Vita is one of the restaurants I would like to visit once it is over. I saw people coming down the stairs after eating at the restaurant several times, and they all looked very satisfied. I don't like being constrained by time, so I ordered takeaway again this time. This restaurant has a wide variety of menu items, so it's difficult to choose, but I always end up ordering the same dishes. ① Uma Dore! Mediterranean Salad ② Nachos Especiales ③ Jalapeño Fritto ④ Porcini Cream Omelette ⑤ Texas BBQ Spare Ribs ⑥ Enchelada Roja. All six of these dishes are truly delicious and cannot be missed, but each dish is so filling that it's difficult to try other dishes. I was convinced after eating, and I can very much agree that the faces of the people leaving the restaurant look satisfied. They are happy to serve takeaway, so please give it a try.
