九品仏の日本料理です。開店してから１年余りと聞きました。13時過ぎに伺ってテーブル席に座りました。先客は２組でした。
うしお定食は籠に入ったお弁当です。籠には９品の料理。胡麻豆腐、お浸し、だし巻き卵、山芋、炊合せ、刺身、焼き魚、蒸し鶏、香の物。小さいけれど凝った料理が多いです。味は京風という訳ではなく、少々濃いものもありました。
特に気に入ったのは４つ。胡麻豆腐は軽く焼いてありました。野菜の炊合せは種類が多くて色味も綺麗です。蒸し鶏は胡麻だれ風味。そして刺身のしめ鯖がいい味でした。
ご飯は少量ですが、仕上がりが素晴らしい。他では余り見ないレベルです。味噌汁はなめこと三つ葉の赤出しでした。
デザートは梅のゼリー。大好きな のし梅を彷彿させます。
お茶を飲んでご馳走様。良く見ると趣味の良い古い茶碗です。
この うしお定食は華やかですね。お弁当なので料理には限界がありますが、この内容なら十分だと思います。お勘定は 2,200円でした。
