初訪問です。
前々から気になっていたお店。
自由が丘の駅から少し離れた立地。
テイクアウト販売専門ですが、ゆったりとしたスペースに美味しそうなパンがたくさん並んでいます。
とてもオシャレな空間。
九穀ブレッドとクリームパンを購入。
九穀ブレッドは小さめサイズの食パン。
初めて食べる味ですが、スチームトーストでリベイクすると凄くもっちもちになります。
きめが細かくしっとりとしていて、舌触りがとても良いです。
トーストでリベイクするとサクサクで香ばしく風味がより豊かになりました。
クリームパンは米粉の生地。
かなり淡白な味わいの生地。小麦粉とは全然違います。
こちらスタッフは余裕があり、落ち着いた応対なのが、好印象。
