今までなんとなく入ってなかったのですが、刀削麺というワードに引かれて初めて入りました。
中に入るとカウンターに通されたのですが、壁を見て食べんタイプでした。
1人の時は食に集中できるので結構好きです。
今回食べたのは、
『麻辣牛バラ刀削麺』
これ美味しいです。
牛バラの旨味と麻辣の辛味が上手く交わっていて、さらに刀削麺といういいとこ取りなラーメンです。
他のメニューを食べてないので何とも言えませんが、この麻辣の感じからして良さそうな気がしています。
次回は飲みにでも行ってみようかな。
