最近見つけた、素晴らしい中華料理店と思います。
もう、数回通ってます、どの料理も美味しい。
最初は、牛バラ刀削麺。刀削麺も売りの料理で、メニューもいくつかあります。
ラー油入れを頼みました。ピリ辛で、スープも旨い。
麺は、刀削麺の良さが。
やはり、再び他の刀削麺が食べたくなり豚角煮刀削麺も、後日頼み、映像を載せました。コクがあり最高でした。
追加で、点心、サラダ、杏仁豆腐が付きます。
2回目に通った時は、カニ玉と餃子を頼みました。
カニ玉、好物なため楽しみ。
やはり美味しい。そして、焼き餃子。
パリパリしていて、好みのタイプでした。
次は、福州酢豚特製ソースがけをオーダーしました。
豚肉の衣かサクサクして、ソースも酸っぱさが最高、
旨い。
後の日の追加で、セットメニューの五目チャーハンと半ラーメンの写真も載せました。
それと、中華料理店のオムライス(?包飯)を食べたくなりやはり通いました、玉子が薄くてクレープの様で食べ易い。メニューの写真とはちょっと違っている感じだけど、中華風で、ケチャップうまく絡んでいましたよ。

I've been here several times now, and all the dishes are delicious. This time, I ordered stewed beef belly and Century egg. And some Shaoxing wine and beer for drinks. Stewed beef belly was brought to me. It has a strong star anise scent. The meat is tender and the dish is very delicious. Next was Century egg, which is my favorite food so I ate it up. It's delicious when eaten with green onions. I have specially added a photo of the half Peking duck that I ordered most recently. This is a menu item that I have never tried before. The skin is crispy. It's delicious even if you eat it without wrapping it. It's even more delicious when wrapped and served with miso. The special soup made with the leftovers is delicious and the dashi stock is amazing. I had to get up and ask for it. Also, the Sichuan Chen Mapo Tofu Stone Pot Egg is spicy but delicious. An appetizer, something spicy and delicious, and another dish. Dried tofu with beef offal. I think it's good to share. The knife-cut noodle knife-cut noodle that I didn't try at the recommended restaurant are minced garlic knife-cut noodle. And Xiaolongbao. I finally ate it. I ordered a refreshing type with minced chicken. It's loaded with chives and is also great. Four Xiaolongbao can be served together. Braised fried rice, for those who love fried rice, this is the best, it's fluffy and quite delicious, and the star anise is also effective. Fried Seafood oysters topped with black pepper. If you like oysters, you should order it. Fried crispy and piping hot. It has a nice flavor with green onions and pepper. The pork feet braised in soy sauce has a lot of bones, but I don't criticize it. The Sansen Sui Gyoza / Dumpling and other dim Dim sum are all delicious. The shrimp with chili sauce and fried shrimp are crispy and delicious. The added soy sauce shark fin soup is also delicious. I wanted to try the beef, eggplant, and potato curry stew from the lunch special menu. If you like curry, you should try it. There are plenty of green peppers, carrots, onions, and vegetables, so if you only need to have a menu once a week, the rice will go well. We also recommend the fragrant crunchy menma, a Taiwanese specialty. Stewed pork liver and seasonal vegetables. Shanghai Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles). I like these too. I also recently ate chicken flavored with green onion oil, spring rolls, and crab miso Chinese dumpling. The spring rolls are crunchy, flaky, freshly fried, and delicious. The main store's special ankake fried rice tastes good. I would like to recommend this as well. I ordered the special miso stir-fried Crepes set with shredded pork, thinking I hadn't eaten it yet. It's delicious, wrapped and rolled, it's also really delicious. I specially ordered the Drool Chicken, which I was interested in, in a separate dish with chili oil. It has a refreshing feel. After that, I had a small bowl of egg soup, which seemed to be nutritious, had quite a lot of vegetables, and was delicious.
