つけ夢、しお味玉
【感想】
念願の初訪問。SNSにて、祝日の臨時営業の案内があったので行ってきました。自由が丘駅から徒歩5分ほどの場所にて発見！開店40分前で14番目にて列に接続です。開店時間になると40人ほど並ばれてました。大人気！
最高級煮干しをはじめとした天然食材から出汁をとった淡麗醤油スープに、氷水で締められた自家製細ストレート麺をつけて。キンキンに冷やされた麺からは小麦の芳醇な香りがかなり際立ってます。塩つけて食べるのが美味しすぎる！煮干しの深みもしっかり表現されており、洗練された一杯だ。スープ内の牛肉も美味しい！
塩ベースの「だし」つけ麺やサイドメニューも美味しそうなので、また近いうちに再訪しようご馳走様でした！
