オープンしたてで内装にもこだわりありの素敵なお店。お一人で切り盛りされているので、カウンター席が多い。3人席x1 カップル席x1 あとはカウンター席。お料理の出来上がる様子など見れてシェフとの距離感もいいなぁと思った。辻口シェフのロールケーキ屋さんのお隣ビルの2階。階段のみ。帰る時飲み過ぎ注意(≧∀≦) 今日のランチはAコース1900円。
写真では、サラダが少なそうに見えるかもですが、中々のボリュームです。生ハムがかなり入ってますよ。
スープはコーン、自然な甘味といちから手作りの何とも言えない優しさ、、パスタはどれも美味しそうで迷います。アワアワの演出は面白い。今時のちょっとだけーの量ではなく、ちゃんとしっかりボリュームありました。スルメイカの肝も少し入ってる？とれも具材がしっかり主張ありとても美味しかったわ。ちゃんとどこどこ産のお野菜ト説明して下さるものの、家帰ると全て忘れている。歳のせいか。。
写真は撮り忘れたけど、パンが熱々、最初は触れないかも笑 自家製で焼いていて、正に焼きたてを頂きます。私達のスピードや話の盛り上がりなどには提供せず？見ながら進めているご様子でした。シェフの気遣いに感謝。お水がやたら美味しく感じたのですが、何だったのか聞くのを忘れました。ご馳走様でした。
まだオープンして日が浅いからかな、早くお客様でいっぱいになって欲しい、いや必ずそうなると思うお店。以前は渋谷の神泉でお店を開いていたみたい。貸し切りも大丈夫そうだし、たまにワイン付、オモテナシ用イタリア料理レッスン シェフのパフォーマンス見て、そして最後はそれを食べれる。デザートまで教えてもらい、レシピ貰えるコースで5000.6000円などあると行きたいなと思った。シェフにご提案、お願いでした。
