自由が丘駅の北口改札目の前です。改札出て３秒です(笑)改札外ですがetomoの中になる様ですね。
以前、天ぷらの天寅があった場所に2023年１月にオープンしました。天寅は突然、閉店した！と思ったら直ぐに別のお店になって驚きました(笑)お隣のカフェ＆ブックス ビブリオテークも突然、閉店して驚きましたがこちらは今の所、動きは無い様ですね。新しいお店がオープンすると良いのですが。
駅の目の前なので通る度に１月末のオープンの看板がずっと気になっていました。オペレーションも落ち着いた頃かな？と思い仕事の後に伺いました。
さて店内は天寅時代とあまり変わっていない様な？多少、お席の配置などの変更があったのかな？
決して広い訳では無いですが入口直ぐにカウンターと厨房、奥にテーブル席とテラス席があります。
平日の夕方でしたが４割程、お席が埋まっていました。ランチは１６時までと言う事で大変便利です。通し営業なのでお昼からお酒を召し上がっている方もいらっしゃいました。一人でも入り易いです。
ランチメニューは餃子定食や叉焼麺や炒飯など街中華の定番メニューが揃っていました。担々麺 900円をお願い致しました。
肝心の担々麺なのですが偶々だと思いますが麺の状態が少し茹で過ぎの様な？感じで、また解れ難い状態で少し固まっている様に感じました。私が気にし過ぎかもしれませんね。でも十分、美味しかったです。
スタッフさんは明るく笑顔で元気に親切に対応して下さいました。女性一人でも利用しやすいと感じました実際、私の後も女性のお一人様が入店されていました。
一番人気の汁無し担々麺も美味しそうだったので次回はそちらを頂きにまた伺いたいと思います。
