Today's lunch is at Marui Hanten at the north exit of Jiyugaoka Station. It's on the 1st floor of Etomo under the guard in front of the ticket gate. The appearance of the restaurant is that of a stylish Gyoza / Dumpling bar. There are 4 to 5 tables at the counter. There is also terrace seating. Most of the customers are drinking while eating Gyoza / Dumpling as snacks. The staff consists of a man who appears to be a general and two part-time girls. I sit at an empty table. There are 4 types of lunch. Dandan noodles, Chinese noodles, set meals, etc. Order the fried Gyoza / Dumpling and fried chicken set meal for 850 yen including tax. The set meal comes with rice, soup, and Small dish. Additionally, a large serving of rice was free. Gyoza / Dumpling are ready in about 5 minutes from ordering and are bite-sized with a thin skin and little filling. The taste is quite normal. I simply ate it with soy sauce and chili oil. Fried chicken is small-sized salted fried chicken. Of course it's freshly fried. The garnish is probably mizuna. The soup is ginger flavored soup. Small dish were potato salad with edamame and bean sprouts. The rice was a big serving. Lunch is served until 4pm.
