友人と訪問。予約はしていなかったのですが、テーブル席に案内していただけました。
店内の雰囲気は良く、上質で高級感もあります。
注文したのは水仙という2200円のセットで、
内容はフカヒレとカニ肉入り煮込みつゆそば、しゅうまい、漬物、杏仁豆腐、中国茶。
先にしゅうまいが来て、2個入っていましたが、1人1個。
次につゆそばが来ましたが、フカヒレ入りスープにとろみがあり美味しかったです。
スープは、塩辛さやとがった感じもなく、マイルドな口当たり。
麺は茹で置きでしょうか。結構やわらかめで、優しい食感。
最後に杏仁豆腐。
店員さんが親切で、ちょっとした雑談にも応じてくれて、とても楽しい時間が過ごせました。
会計もスムーズで、何も問題なく退店。
高齢の方々が食事会をしていたり、20代に見える若いカップルもいたし、年齢層は幅広いようです。
雰囲気が良いので、誰かと食事する時に使いたい中華でした。
