サンマルクが手掛ける新業態のRISTRETTO&CROISSANT LABORATORIO。
旧ピーコックの建物が新しくなり2階にある。テコナベーグルに隣接してる。
銀座から移動をして、あまりに暑いので空いてるかも？とお思い立ち寄り。
今回注文したのは、バレルエイジドラテ。
ウイスキーの樽にコーヒーの生豆を詰めて寝かせて熟成をさせる。
生豆にウイスキーの風味を移して作るコーヒーとのこと。
雑味の無い水出しで抽出しているらしく、たしかにウイスキーの風味を感じた。
が・・手間がかかってるけど、ちょっと割高かな。雰囲気を楽しむにはお勧めです。
友人がプレーンのクロワッサンを頼んだのちょっと頂いてみた。
まぁまぁ・・な感じでした。
