金曜日の夜です。
田園調布です。
明日は年に一度のがん検診。
内視鏡を下から挿すか上から挿すか、それが問題や。
今年はいつも虐めているカワユイ胃をチェックするとして、上から挿入に決定。とくれば前夜の晩御飯は消化の良いものがええんだよな？
うどんかな？
でもなんだか気分じゃない。
そこで食べログでBMしていた麺類からヒットしたのがこちらの兵隊家さん。
何年か前のブラタモリ田調の会で紹介されており、へええっ、西側のあのお屋敷街の中に蕎麦屋さんがあるんや、と気になっておりました。
蕎麦は消化時間が長いと聞いたような気はするけど、まっ、良いや、アハッ\(//∇//)\
到着したのは六時過ぎ。
重厚な店構えですね。
先客は地元の方なのかな、数組がいらっしゃいました。
メニューをめくって、上海老天そばをお願いします。
程なく着膳。
おおっ、アイヤァ、まさかの後乗せスタイル。
しかも大海老だけやない！
キスに椎茸、エノキ、カボチャ、ニンジン、蓮根、獅子唐、ピーマンなどがてんこ盛り。
まるで天ぷら定食の大盛りのご飯が蕎麦変したようなもんやないかい。アイヤァ、これがまさかの田調スタイル？
先ずは蕎麦つゆをズズズズズッ。
フム、フムフムフム、鯖節や宗田節などの香りが強目の節は使わず、本枯れとマグロ節で上品かつ控えめな旨味を抽出してんのかな？
かえしも薄口だし、なんだかお上品なお味。でもキレは良いな。きっと素材がええんやろな、アハッ（＾◇＾）
それにしても、天ぷらだけでお腹が膨れてしまった。
明日の朝の胃カメラまでに全て消化できるかなぁ、グフッ\(//∇//)\
