この日は友人宅で女子会♪
酒のつまみといえばパテでしょ！ということでこちらへ。
テイクアウトのみのお店で、お店の気配もないような住宅街に突然草の繁った森の中の小さなお店のようなこちらが現れる。
いただいたのは、レバーパテ、スモークしたかきとほうれん草のペースト、いかの墨煮。
牡蠣とほうれん草の相性がばっちり、出汁のような味もして美味しい。
いかの墨煮はいかの身もわたも全部いか墨で煮たもの、ほんのり塩気とわずかなカイエンペッパーのピリ辛で美味。
ごはんとの相性も良いしイカ墨パスタにしたら絶対美味しそう。
量は50gと100gから選べて、3人の女子会には50gでぴったり。
パテの説明も店員さんがばっちりしてくれる。
今回は日本酒にばっちり合ったパテたち。
ワイン会ではもっと活躍すること間違いないでしょう。
