カツカレー好きだけど、今日はハンバーグカレーに。カツとカレールーの相性も色々ですが、ハンバーグも…。12時前でしたが人気店で入店まで20分くらい読書タイム。
まずは珍しくオーダーしたツナサラダ（ハーフ400円？）が運ばれに行きました。オニオンの和風ドレッシングとシャキシャキレタス類の相性が良く普通に美味しいです。
次いで、陶器のソースパン見たいな容器にブクブク沸き立つカレールー…そして、サフランライスに目玉焼き付きハンバーグ（1500円）が盛り込まれたプレートが。
パンからルーを大きなスプーンで取出してハンバーグやサフランライスに回し掛け〜ひゃぁ美味しそう。
ルーは辛口にしましたがかなり穏やかな辛さ。スパイス香ると言うよりまろやかコク深のThe欧風てす。
ハンバーグはほんわりしつつもしっかり目、中身が詰まった重量感…豚挽き肉多目？の王道タイプ。ルーとの相性はまずまずかな…個人的にはドミグラスソースに近い感じかスパイシーさがあるかだと嬉しいのですが…おとなしいルー、ソースですかね。
ラッキョと胡瓜の漬物？ピクルスが自由に盛れるのは良かったです。また、ルーもタップリ入っていて、『飲むように』カレーを食べる事ができました。
上出来の家庭料理見たいな感じで、普段使いに良いお店・メニューだと思います〜ご馳走様でした！
