三宿のが交差点近く、バス停の真ん前にあるお店です
昔、夜に何度かおじゃしました。
あれからもう10年くらい経っています
ほんとに懐かしい
夜はうどん屋というより飲み屋さんで、つまみもたくさんあってお酒の種類も豊富でした
今回は、家族でランチです
12時前に訪問半分くらい埋まっていました
ランチのセットでかき揚げうどんセット1200円を注文、むき海老が5匹入ったかき揚げが有名です
うどんに炊き込みご飯香の物がついてきます
かき揚げは大量のごぼうがなんともカラッとあがっていて、衣がほとんどなくからかサクサクしています。どうやったらこんなに上手にあげられるのだろう
天ぷらというよりほとんど素揚げなような
そこにプリッとしたむき海老5匹が乗っています
これがまたまた美味しい
このかき揚げはお酒のつまみにもなりえます
炊き込みご飯もかき揚げの残った牛蒡ににんじんにしめじが入っていて、ちょっと濃いめの味付けですが美味しい
香の物の柚子大根がなかなかいい仕事しています
うどんは、やや柔らかめですが、それなりに腰があり私は好きです
柔らかすぎることもなくいい喉越しです
つゆは関西の透き通った出汁ですが、味付けがしっかりしていて、ちょっと塩がきつい感じがしました
もう過ごし薄めが良いですがー
大きなかき揚げにたっぷりなうどん、それに炊き込みご飯
ボリュームたっぷりで、これでも1200円は、とてもお得だと思います
夜もお酒が楽しめるようなお店です
お昼も夜も使い勝手が良さそうです
