1992年創業、東京での京うどんのパイオニア的存在にあたる『夢吟坊』。
今回は三宿にある本店を訪れました。（本店の開業は1993年とのこと）
三茶周辺を散歩しているといつも行列ができていてかなり前から知っていたのですが、通るタイミングがいつも食後で行けていなかったんですよね。
休日の11時過ぎに訪問し、奇跡的に並びなし。
確かに普段通りかかるのは食後＝13〜14時頃だもんな〜。
並び回避を目指すなら11時台の訪問がおすすめです。
卓上には抹茶塩、とろろ昆布、一味、七味。
・かき揚げ京うどんセット：1200円
オーダーから５分もしない間に着丼。提供スピードの早さがありがたい。
先述したように京出汁が大優勝の美味しさ。塩味が強いというコメントも見かけますが、私は気にならず。むしろ美味しすぎて出汁を飲む手がとまらない。（笑）
鰹と昆布の、日本人がイメージするTHE 出汁そのものなんですが、とにかく美味しい。
ちなみに、さすがにとろろ昆布を加えると塩気が強いので、少しずつ足すのがおすすめ。
うどんはもちもちとしていて、優しい味わいです。お出汁によく合いますねぇ。
いなりかかやくごはんが選べ、今回はかやくごはんをチョイス。
こちらもお出汁が効いていてめちゃうまでした。いなりも気になるなぁ。
・かき揚げ天せいろ：1180円
あたたかいうどんに比べると、やっぱりコシがあって冷やしも美味しい！つけ汁も良い塩梅。
両者共通、かき揚げは塊どーん！ではなく箸で持つ前からかなりほぐれていて、スナック菓子みたいな感じ。小海老が５匹くらい入っています。
最初はうま〜！うま〜！！とバリバリ食べたり、お出汁や天汁につけたりして食べていましたが、油耐性のある私でも後半は胃もたれ。（笑）
かき揚げは２人で１つくらいがちょうどいいかも。
