ほたて・本マグロ丼 ¥1,100 テイクアウトでいただきました。
細かくカットされた本マグロの上に、ほたての身とヒモが散りばめられており、青じそのトッピングが。意外にヒモがとても美味しくて、青じその香りもあわさり、なんとも爽やかで香り高い丼でした。
久しぶりに本物の美味しいものをいただいた気分で、繊細な仕上がりに、手間暇こめた職人さんの心意気を感じました。
