蕎麦デートなんてのもオツなもんで、美味い蕎麦で日本酒を傾ける。
中目黒から池尻寄りの閑静な場所で、心落ち着けながら心置きなく酒と蕎麦を頂けるとあって、上質な時間が約束されたも同然です。
今回は季節がやってきたということで、すだち蕎麦を頂きました。
とにかく爽やかさが異常、酸味と淡い苦味、そして鰹出汁を感じるつゆに、蕎麦の香りがほのかに鼻を駆け抜けてゆく。
さながら軽井沢の別荘で過ごした翌日の朝とでも言いましょうか、そのくらいに爽やかでした。
かき揚げはぷりぷりのエビがたっぷり。
かじれば、サクッと小気味良い音を立てて耳でも美味しさを感じます。
適度なかき揚げの油分と、このすだち蕎麦のつゆとが最高にマッチしました。
今度は誰か連れて行きたいです。(いや、1人なんかい)
