名前からしてお洒落だけど、お店もとてもお洒落＾＾
カフェと見間違えるくらい＾＾
店主さんは桜上水｢麺屋 錦堂｣にいた方だそうです＾＾
店内は白が基調でウッディーな感じ＾＾
お洒落すぎる＾＾
居心地はとても良いです＾＾
備品も可愛いし、お箸も洗い箸でエコロジー＾＾
黒七味は京都祇園の原了郭のもの＾＾
こだわりが伺えます＾＾
メニューはつけ麺と醤油ラーメンとcamino塩ラーメンの3種＾＾
つけめんは+100円で｢魚入りスープ｣になるそうです＾＾
つけめんのスープは豚骨魚介系醤油味のもので
ちょっと甘め＾＾
こういうの好きな人は美味しいんだろうな＾＾
麺は軽くウェーブした太麺で、しっかりとコシがありました＾＾
モチモチでしっかりしてて美味しい＾＾
麺の横に添えられた茹でキャベツが良い感じだった＾＾
camino塩ラーメンはトッピングにネギと穂先メンマと刻んだチャーシュー＾＾
ネギは大きく切ってある部分もあって味も食感も楽しめる＾＾
穂先メンマは長いのが1本＾＾ エピみたく切れ込みが入ってました＾＾
チャーシューは刻んだものがドッサリ＾＾ 何で刻んであるのか分からないけど
camino塩ラーメンはチャーシューが違うのかななんて思った＾＾
スープは飲みやすくて美味しい＾＾
