東京都目黒区青葉台にある、和利道さんに訪問させていただきました。
つけ麺を頂きました。
麺は並盛、中盛、大盛は同一料金ですが並盛にしました。
もちもちで腰のある太麺は太すぎず、自分に丁度良かった。
スープは、濃厚で、とろみがあり麺によく絡んでいて美味しい。
焼き石を、スープに入れるとぬるくなったスープを熱々にしてくれます。
最後まで熱々を楽しむことができました。美味しかった
です。
全体的に満足でした。
