濃厚なスープとコシのある麺で模範的ともいえるつけ麺。通常のつけ麺が1300円とやや値を張ること以外は味に関しては満点であった。また、最後の一工夫で卵サイズの石焼を投入して再度スープを加熱。割下スープと組み合わせて最後まであたたかいままスープを食べることができる。つけ麺好きなら一度は食べるべき名店の味！
