恵比寿で営業してた時から、お邪魔してます。
キノコやトマトを鉄板で焼いたものを、葉物と合わせて出してくれるランプサラダからスタート。
オーナーさんの料理に対するこだわりと、丁寧さが感じられます。
魚介類の焼き物を、お酒のペースに合わせながら、出してくれるので、いつも温かい、美味しい状態で食べれるのも、カウンターならでは。
牡蠣と、白子の焼き物は、絶品。
椎茸のチーズ焼も、マスタードが入っており、シンプルながらにして、工夫されていて、これまた、何個でも食べれる美味しさ。
メインのお肉は、柔らかく、カジュアルな鉄板焼きやさんとは思えないほどの美味しさで、コースの料金を考えると、コスパはかなり良いと思える。
お酒を、2杯程度しか飲めない方にとっては、コスパは、かなり良いお店だともう。お酒がいける口の方だと、どんどん頼んでしまうので、その分料金は高いと感じるかもしれません。
オーナーさんは、盛り上げ上手な方なので、カウンターに座ることをお勧めします。楽しい時間を過ごせますよ。緊張するようなデートの時とかは、オーナーさんに助けてもらうと、いいかもしれません笑。
