入り口にドーンと構える大きな提灯が目印の炭火焼きくぼ田さん。
清潔で大きなカウンター ガラス張りのワインセラー 犬も一緒に食事が出来るテラス席 流れるサザンのBGM……
お店のあらゆる所にオーナーさんのこだわりを感じる素敵なお店。
腕のいい大将がじっくり炭火で焼いた焼き鳥は最高に美味しいです。
お店に伺うたび必ずオーダーするのは焼き鳥のかしわ。
絶妙な焼き加減に何度食べても感動します。
トマト巻き しそ巻き 白血肝 手羽先 椎茸 銀杏など……
もちろん かしわ以外の焼き物もパーフェクトに美味しい！
一品料理の種類が豊富で……
中でも焼きカマンベールは絶品です。
お酒が飲めない私でも思わずワインが欲しくなりそーな⁉︎絶品おつまみ。
最後にオーナーさんおすすめのブルーソルトアイスを頂いて……大満足！
アイスクリームを2人で食べやすいようにと さり気なくスプーンを２つ付けて下さる優しいスタッフさんのお気遣いに感激しました。
