東急田園都市線・池尻大橋駅の東口から徒歩3分、「ミシュラン・ピググルマン」や「ラーメン百名店」にも選出された人気のお店です。
近くに住んでいた知人から「八雲のワンタン麺は美味しくてオススメだよ」との評判を聴き、平日の昼下がりに訪問することができました。
店内は洋楽のBGMが流れ、ラーメン屋とは思えないようなモダンで洒落た雰囲気。注文は入口にある券売機で食券を購入するスタイルで、メニューも多く迷いましたが、左上の看板メニュー「特製ワンタン麺・白だし」をチョイス。
⚫︎特製ワンタン麺・白だし ¥1,350
人気のワンタンは大きめのエビワンタンと肉ワンタンが3個ずつ入っています。エビワンタンはプリプリ、肉ワンタンは肉の旨味を感じる、ともにハイレベルの美味しいワンタンです。
白醤油を使った白だしスープは、魚介系と動物系のバランスが絶妙で、マイルドで上品な味わい。
麺はストレートの中細麺で程よい口当たりと歯応えです。チャーシューも香ばしく、どれも丁寧に調理されており、お店のプロとしての強いこだわりを感じました。
後で食べログユーザーさんの口コミで知ったのですが、店主は私がよく通う浜田山の名店「支那そば たんたん亭」のご出身だとか。どことなく似ている印象があったので合点がいきました。
ワンタン麺好きの方には是非食べていただきたいオススメのお店です。
