センター南で人気の焼肉「炭焼喰人」の三宿店にお邪魔してきました。こちらは厳選した黒毛和牛牝のウェットエイジング専門店。
三宿の交差点からすぐ、246沿いのカレー屋さんのお隣といえば分かる人も多いかな。三茶と池尻、どちらからも歩けますが断然、池尻の方が近いです。
今回は貸切利用という事でオーナー渾身の特別コースをいただきました。が、話に夢中で全部のメニューと写真は抑えられなかったのが心残り(以下、カメラに残っていた画像より)
乾杯ドリンクはハートランド。蓮根の食感が小気味良いスミショクサラダは胡麻ベースのドレッシングが美味しいですね。
バケットで食べる熟成肉煮込みはもはやビーフシチュー!これは間違いなく食べるべき絶品。
タンは微塵切りではなく、敢えて食べ応えのある白髪葱を使った葱ダレがポイントかな。厚すぎず、薄すぎず、肉の旨味を存分に厚わえる絶妙な厚み。
中落ち、トウガラシ、リブ芯、そしてネクタイは初めていただく部位。
メインディッシュは熟成内もも肉とエンピツは塊肉!焼肉というよりステーキをいただいているような満足感!溢れる肉汁を楽しむ逸品でした。美味しかった!ごちそうさまです!
