久々にお肉を目一杯食べたくなり来訪。
こちらは熟成の塊肉が楽しめるそうで
オニクスキーの僕、どうっしても伺いたかったんです。笑
なかなか機会がなかったのですが
念願の塊肉！良いお肉が食べたいと願いやっと伺えました。笑
時折塊のお肉って食べたくなりますよね。僕はしょっちゅうですけど。
内観は黒を基調としたなかに木材と煉瓦があしらわれていて高級感のあるシックで居心地の良い空間。
この日は勿論塊肉を中心にアラカルトでオーダー！
炭火で表面は香ばしく、中はブルーレアに焼き上げて頂きました！
噛むとじゅわっと口の中で旨味が広がって
も〜最高。これこれ！
熟成肉の質も良く、脳が喜びました。笑
お酒も色々ありますが、部位別におすすめのワインがあったりもして、ペアリングも楽しめます！
今回はビールで楽しみましたが、次回はじっくりペアリングも楽しんでみようと思います。
