Used for dinner. I had been wanting to ask a friend about going there for a while, so I made a reservation just in advance. It was a last minute reservation, but I was able to get it. We sell lump meat and aged meat. The staff will grill the meat in chunks and cut it for you. ``Pure Tajima Beef Kobe Usunaga Farm'' was my recommendation for the day. I ordered it because I wanted to compare pure Tajima beef and aged 64-year-old bull from Aomori prefecture. After all, the difference between the two is obvious. Both are flavorful and delicious. The 3 types of hormones included shimacho, marucho, and mino, and the shimacho was especially delicious. The best tan gen was sold out, so I ordered the tan engawa (around the tan gen and tongue salt). The sweet onions from Awaji Island were really sweet and delicious. The last thing I ordered was yogurt ice cream with lemon sprinkled on top, which gave it a refreshing taste and was even more delicious. I had a lot of other things, but they were delicious.
