ランチメニューは点心や肉料理、さらには焼き魚定食など幅広いジャンルがラインナップ。
1,000円前後の定食から、3,800円の特選昼飯まで、価格帯も幅があります。
季節ごとに限定メニューが用意されており、この日は春季限定であるビャンビャン麺が推されていました。
この日頂いたのは、海老と海老油ビャンビャン麺の大盛（1,500円）になります。
■感想
ビャンビャン麺というお料理は初耳でしたが、中国では陜西省ではポピュラーなお料理のようです。
手打ちで打たれた幅広な麺に、ネギやトウガラシ、山椒などをのせてタレを絡め、汁なし担担麺のようにして食べる一品。
こちらでは日本人の口に合うようにうまくアレンジがされており、本場のスパイスの風味や辛さは控えめ。
海老の旨味が非常に強く、麺と絡まって絶妙な美味しさを醸し出していました。
他の味も試してみたいと思います。

This is a restaurant where you can enjoy simple yet delicious Chinese home cooking in a clean and spacious restaurant. It seems that they are particular about not only the food, but also the antiques and utensils in the store. ■Menu We offer a wide range of dishes, from popular Chinese Cuisine that are familiar to Japanese people to maniac dishes that you may not have heard of. Their specialty is biang biang noodles, which are made with wide handmade noodles and come in a variety of flavors. On this day, I ordered Oyster chive noodles (1,600 yen) and mini pork buns (100 yen), which are specialties only available during the fall and winter season. ■Impressions When I passed by this restaurant, which I had visited once a few years ago, I saw a sign that said Oyster chive noodles, so I decided to come back for the first time in a while. Despite being close to the station, the inside of the restaurant is very spacious, and there is plenty of space between the seats, so you can spend a relaxing time here. Oyster and chive noodles I ordered were, as the name suggests, a simple-tasting Ramen with Oyster, chives, and wood ear mushrooms on top. It contains four large boiled Oyster, making it a hearty dish for Oyster lovers. The chives played a role in adding junkiness to the soup in a good way, and I felt it had a nice accent without being too simple.
