本日は、お散歩ついでにこちらでランチ。
ビャンビャン麺が有名らしくであれば一番それっぽいメニューを注文です。
水煮牛肉ビャンビャン麺1300円にパクチー200円で追加です。
厨房が見える席だったので仕上げがみえました。スープを入れたあと、大量の唐辛子、山椒、花椒、そして最後に油をかけてました。
到着した麺は真っ赤。でもとっても良い香りです。もやし、キャベツなどの野菜、牛肉など具もたくさん。そして麺はほうとうよりも太くそれでいてコシがあり尚且つスープが染みかなりイケます。
見た目ほど辛くはないです。適度な辛みとシビれが心地よいです。
スープなどこをすくっても唐辛子が入りますが食べても辛くはなく香りがとてもよいです。
そうは言うものの汗だく。
でもとっても美味しいランチでした。
