三軒茶屋駅か池尻大橋駅から徒歩10分程度離れた位置にお店があります。
店内はカウンター席8席ほど。
店主は都内の有名焼鳥店でご経験のある方。
焼鳥以外に水炊きが美味しいと評判のお店です。
今回は知り合いの方に連れて頂いたので料理はお任せでした。
お酒は日本酒、ビール、ワイン、ウイスキーと各種あります。
焼鳥は素材、仕込み、焼きと全てこだわり抜いたもの。
もちろん、使う炭からのこだわり。
本当に美味しい焼鳥ですね。
水炊きも頂きました。
鶏の濃厚な旨みが凝縮されたスープ。
プリプリの食べ応えある鶏。
美味しい。
お店は店主の方が一人で切り盛りされ、それだけだも凄い。
また伺わせていただきたいです。
