本日はこちらマイレビ様投稿からBMしていた【トウキョウコーヒーラボ】へ訪問。
＊ブレンドコーヒー￥450
＊焼きプリン（奥久慈卵使用）￥450
＊フィナンシェ（足跡形）￥250は翌朝のコーヒーのお供にテイクアウトしました。
贅沢にも地下のソファーボックスに一人で座らせて頂きました。
～プリンはやや固めで甘め。個人的にはもう少し苦味のカラメルが好みだがこれはこれで美味しかった。
丁寧にハンドドリップで淹れたコーヒーも重みはないがコクがあり美味しかったです。～
レジカウンターから近い距離な事もあり店主と少しお話しました。
何と元ソムリエとして働いていたそうで、フレンチレストランの話、最近予約が取りにくいお店やジャンルの話等々優しく対応して頂きありがとうございました。
